Q: How can I get from the airport to the Sheraton Hartford Hotel?
A: The hotel will provide a free shuttle to and from the airport on a regular basis (Call the Sheraton Hartford for scheduling - 860-528-9703), and the van also can be scheduled for trips to and from downtown Hartford. As of this writing, taxi cab fare is $32 one way between the airport and the hotel, depending on volume of traffic. There is no charge for up to three additional riders. If you are driving from Bradley International Airport, take Interstate 91 South to Interstate 84 East (Exit 30). Proceed to Exit 53 off of I-84 and bear to the right at the end off the exit. The hotel will be directly ahead.

Q: Is a complete schedule / detailed agenda of workshops and events available for NARPA 2005?
A: A detailed workshop schedule is available. Although this schedule is based on the best information available on the date that it has been uploaded (November 4, 2005, changes in presentation times or cancellations may still occur. Please keep this in mind when you use this schedule as a guide to making decisions about conference attendance.

Q: Are any meals provided to NARPA 2005 attendees?
A: Full registration fee entitles the registrant to three continental breakfasts, two lunches (Friday and Saturday), Thursday opening reception, and five breaks and a full membership in NARPA. Registration at the daily rate entitles the registrant to the included meals which are served on the day for which the person is registered.

Q: What is the registration cost for NARPA 2005?
A: This depends upon when you register, whether you register for the full conference or for selected days. Full information regarding registration costs is available on the NARPA 2005 registration page.

Q: As a NARPA member, am I eligible for a discount on NARPA 2005 registration?
A: No. NARPA, in the past has used the NARPA Conference as a time to renew membership dues for those that need to renew and enlist new members through an inclusive membership fee of $35.00 in the Registration Fees. NARPA has not had a conference since the 2003 Austin Conference and it has been in administrative transition. There are no discounts available because NARPA has worked with limited renewals during this transition time.

Q: I wish to pay by mailing my check or money order or by faxing my credit card information. Is this possible?
A: Yes. To do this, please visit the registration page and click the link to the "PDF form for off-line registration" which appears in the Quick Links section at the top of the page. This form includes instructions, a mailing address, and fax number.

Q: I'm not sure whether I want to include my contact information on the NARPA 2005 attendee list. Will NARPA share or sell the NARPA 2005 attendee list to third parties?
A: The NARPA 2005 list will be made available through the Conference Program and information included in conference participant packets for people who attend NARPA 2005. This information is for the purposes of networking with fellow attendees. NARPA will also use the information as a database for its membership list to keep you informed regarding issues of rights protection and advocacy. Lastly, this information will be used to send you the NARPA newsletter The Rights Tenet, which is a benefit of NARPA membership. NARPA strongly discourages its use for any other purpose than these, and will not share or sell this information with third party distributors.
