The conference begins 6 p.m., Wednesday, November 15, with a Reception and
Keynote by David
Oaks, of MindFreedom International. Thursday and Friday events include workshops and
keynote addresses from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., as well as special evening events. The conference
closes Saturday, November 18, at 1 p.m., after a Keynote by Michael Perlin, internationally
recognized disability law expert.
