Jenneth Carpenter is with the research and evaluation division of Advocates for Human Potential, Inc., in Albany, New York. Her interests primarily center on service recipient rights, including housing and community inclusion as well as issues of choice and coercion. Jenís research experience includes both multi-site and local evaluations related to the mental health and other human services, as well research and evaluation projects focusing on as mental health service recipientsí needs and experiences. She received her Ph.D. from the University at Albany School of Social Welfare and her M.S.W. from Indiana University School of Social Work.
