Lyn Blackshaw is the coordinator of Oregon's Trauma Policy and, in partnership with consumer-survivors, is working to implement this throughout the state. He has presented on trauma related issues throughout Oregon and at a national level. He is author with Andrea Levy and Janice Perciano of "Listening to High Utilizers of Mental Health Services: Recognizing, responding to and recovering from trauma"
