Kim Darrow, J.D., is a Principal Attorney with the Special Litigation and Appeals Unit of Mental Hygiene Legal Service (MHLS) in New York. He received a B.A. in Philosophy from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1969, and a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law in 1978. He has worked for MHLS since 1982. Kim co-authored (with Dennis Feld) a two-part series entitled "IOC in NY: What Price Refusal," which appeared in two recent issues of the NARPA Rights Tenet.
