Christine Griffin

Christine Griffin has been a disability rights attorney for more than 9 years and she is currently the Executive Director of the Disability Law Center. She is responsible for the overall management of the agency including programmatic and fiscal planning, priority setting and implementation, fundraising, and provides leadership for the agency and its 22 employees. She began her legal career as a Skadden Fellow at the Disability Law Center where she provided outreach and training to underserved communities regarding their rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act. She went on to work as an Attorney Advisor for the Paul Igasaki, Vice Chair of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She serves on many Boards and Task Forces including, the SSA Ticket to Work Advisory Panel, Massachusetts Developmental Disabilities Council and the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education. She is a frequent presenter at various trainings and conferences focusing on disability rights issues, and is co-editor of the new Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education book, The Legal Rights of Individuals with Disabilities.
