Bill Stewart has been a protective services social worker, Headstart “handicap” coordinator, school psychologist, juvenile court liaison, school social worker, and clinical psychologist. He was in trouble most of the time in those jobs. He worked for the Kentucky Protection and Advocacy program for 17 years, the last 14 as the supervisor of the Protection and Advocacy for Individuals with Mental Illness section. He retired in 2001, though he is still making trouble....
Bill is a long-time Board member and past president of NARPA.
