In his keynote, Dr. Peter Davidson will address how people get into the mental health system and how they can get back out of it. He will talk about the scope of the benefits of mental health care and a little bit about why the system in general has failed as badly as it has. Following this, he will talk about how the community mental health dollars ought to be spent - on a massive increase in strengths driven, community based, consumer run services.
