Caleb Baker, J.D.

Caleb Baker, of Disability Rights Maine, is a patient advocate at Riverview Psychiatric Center (RPC) in Augusta. He joined DRM in 2013, shortly after graduating from Western New England University School of Law. Prior to law school, Caleb spent three years working at the HowardCenter in Burlington, Vermont. The Howard Center, which serves both children and adults, works with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, substance abuse issues, and persons diagnosed with mental illness. Caleb’s passion for mental health advocacy led him to continue working for the Center during his summer breaks from law school. Before becoming a patient advocate at Riverview, Caleb was the patient advocate at Acadia Hospital in Bangor.
