Leigh Nathan, M.D.

Dr. Nathan is a Healthcare and Recovery Integration Coordinator with Supportive Housing Works (also known as the Housing Collective), a non-profit that addresses homelessness and affordable housing in Western Conecticut. She is a Clinical Instructor with the Yale Program for Recovery and Community Health (PRCH).

Dr. Nathan received her M.D. from Temple University School of Medicine; she completed her psychiatry residency in Colorado, with the University of Colorado School of Medicine; and she was a Public Psychiatry Fellow with Yale School of Medicine's Department of Psychiatry, based at the Connecticut Mental Health Center. From 2016 - 2019, she was a Staff Psychiatrist with the Greater Bridgeport Community Mental Health Center.
