Antonio is a partner at Koskoff, Koskoff & Bieder in Bridgeport, CT. He specializes in civil rights, constitutional law, prisoner's rights and police misconduct. He has represented plaintiffs in many high profile state and federal lawsuits, including dozens of cases involving the rights of prisoners to receive organ transplants, medical and psychiatric care, access to the courts and other humane conditions of confinement. He has achieved record-setting verdicts and settlements in Connecticut and nationally, including the largest amount ever achieved in Connecticut for the wrongful death of an unmarried man without heirs. He currently represents a class of over 2000 female employees of the Connecticut Department of Correction, in a lawsuit alleging hostile work environment and sexual harassment and discrimination. And he represents the families of a number of mentally ill men killed in the custody of the Connecticut Department of Correction and the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services.
